Our Writers

Hello everyone! My name is Tammy and I’m 22 years old. I am a nursing student from Toronto, lover of MMORPGs, former musician and professional cat lady. I am also the creator of this website and team leader of my wonderful group of writers. I wanted to start this website to support couples in long distance relationships with advice from other LDR couples. (leffelovesdestrua.tumblr.com).

I’m J, 23 and livin’ it up in New Jersey. By day I’m a full time marketing student, and by night a part time retail worker. I enjoy reading, playing video games, blogging and Netflix. I’ve been in a long distance relationship with my best friend since 2011. We’ve been through a lot together (there are many challenges in any relationship and distance just makes it messier!) but we still love each other more every day! If you like, you can find me on tumblr (aneonaway.tumblr.com) and Instagram (j444444y).

I’m Tianna, 23, from Sydney, Australia. I’m a lover of music, writing, travelling and am a huge LDR enthusiast. I’ve been in an LDR for 4 years with my mister from Toronto, Canada. I post about our antics/visits on Tumblr (ldr-pocketcrusaders.tumblr.com).

I’m Michael, 22, and I live in a small town in the south of England. I recently graduated from University with a first class honours degree in Business Information Systems, and am now working as a Data Services Specialist. I am an avid reader, writer, blogger (mikejwake.wordpress.com), tweeter (@mikejwake), fan of UK politics, and was in a LDR for almost 2 years.”

My name is Dorotea, I am from Serbia, but I like to say that I am global citizen, as I love to travel, and I spent a lot of time collaborating with artists from different cultures. I write music for movies, theatre and classical ensembles. I love exploring folklore music and dances, especially tradition from southern regions of my country, and from far away Peruvian Andes. I am in love with that culture and one special person who is living in Peru. We are happily working our way towards closing the distance.
